Your satisfaction is extremely important to me but I know that may not always happen. Though I aim for 100% satisfaction, 100% of the time.

Items may be returned within 7 days, provided you follow the instructions and that they meet the requirements detailed below. If you find an item is grossly misrepresented you may return the item, but you must FIRST email me and let me know the problem with the item and to receive authorization. (If you do not receive prior authorization, you will not be eligible for a refund.) After receiving authorization, you must ship the item back to me within 7 days of the delivery confirmation of your order. Items must be shipped via method comparable to USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. I cannot be responsible for items damaged or lost during the shipment process. Any returned item will need to be unused and in resale mint condition for a full refund, less shipping and handling charges.

Returned items should be unused and unworn (if applicable) and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the item.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.
